Position Summary:
Multiple Senior Roles: Continuous Process Improvement (CPI), Continuous Service Improvement (CSI), DevOps Process Design, Six
Sigma, Lean, TQM, Quality Management System, etc. W2, C2c, and 1099 opportunities.
· Coordinate organization-wide efforts to ensure that continuous improvement and quality improvement programs are
developed and managed using a data driven focus that sets priorities for improvements aligned to ongoing strategic
imperatives
· Track and analyze key metrics and operational procedures to foster process improvements
· Assist with identifying operational efficiencies and cost savings
· Coordinate with all production departments in order to ensure high quality of product
· Collaborate with leadership and production workforce to create and uphold a lean manufacturing environment
· Coordinate between Continuous Improvement and Engineering to implement and monitor new manufacturing and
assembly processes that fully support quality and business plans
· Complete administrative tasks such as creating memos, filing paperwork, and corresponding to internal and external
sources as needed
· Liaise with all departments and vendors to update production schedule with changes as needed
· Assist Continuous Improvement Manager with a variety of projects including but not limited to: data collection,
kaizen events, and operative presentations
· Coordinate implementation of lean manufacturing and best practice techniques of processes utilizing Lean/Six
Sigma tools and methodologies
· Facilitates CI projects and Kaizen Rapid Improvement Events (RIE) that focus on enabling workforce driven
improvements
· Must be willing to travel, as necessary, and/or relocate to customer job site when required

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
· Must be detail oriented while still working towards a larger goal
· In depth knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite 
· Understanding of Software Development Best Practices (CMMI, SDLC, Agile, DevOps)
· Understanding of Lean, Six Sigma, and Continuous Improvement or Process Improvement
· Understanding of ITIL and Continuous Service Improvement
· Understanding of facilitated processes and conflict analysis
· Understanding of ISO 9001-2015 appraisals and Quality Management Systems
· Statistical analysis experience with a variety of statistical packages
· Must demonstrate knowledge of Project Management best practices
· Must demonstrate business and system analysis best practices
· Must demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Must demonstrate strategic thinking in order to problem solve  and improve processes s
· Must demonstrate problem-solving ability and cross-functional experience
· Must be self-motivated, constantly looking for ways to improve the company

Required Minimum Qualifications
· Required Minimum Education Qualifications: Master’s Degree in Business / IT, or related field, or equivalent
professional experience
· Required Minimum Technical Qualifications: PMP or PRINCE2 certification, plus additional corresponding
certifications that demonstrate continuous subject matter expert professional development
· Successful applicant must be willing to complete a pre-employment drug test and background check
· Successful  candidates must have a current Driver’s License, and proof of US Citizenship or permanent US
residential status
· Successful C2C and 1099 applicants must provide EIN, and present proof of in-force business liability insurance
